Communication

The mug turned out great, however the communication with the seller did not. I was not given any shipping information up front and explained to the seller I was hoping to get it in a certain time frame. I was told it wouldn't make it in time and still wasn't given any shipping information. When I emailed back again about the shipping information I never got a response. Again, the product was fine just wish the communication was better.

Exactly what I wanted!!

I ordered a custom mug with bears on it for my secret Santa at work; and it turned out PERFECTLY!!!! Every detail was exactly what I envisioned and I love that you put a flower crown on the girl bear!!!! So cute! Thank you for my mug and giving me my exact order!
