Ollie + Hank ships worldwide. 

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery : All orders placed by December 8th are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this date will be processed as quickly as possible but are no longer guaranteed.

Processing time:  
Orders will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. All of our designs are made to order.

Delivery information: 

🇱🇷🇨🇦 U.S. and Canadian customers:
 Orders will ship from the U.S. in a sturdy cardboard box via USPS or UPS with tracking. (For Canadian customers 11oz mugs ship from Canada.) Please allow an additional 2-7 business days after processing for delivery.

🇬🇧🇪🇺 United Kingdom and European Union customers: Orders will be processed and posted from the U.K. via Royal Mail. Delivery time within the U.K. is 1-4 working days after your order is processed. EU customers will receive their orders within 3-14 days.

🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia and New Zealand customers: Orders are printed and posted from Queensland via Australia Post with tracking. After processing, please allow an additional 1-5 working days for delivery.

Nondelivery: If delivery is attempted and the order is shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Ollie + Hank cannot guarantee these shipping times, but strives to exceed expectations.

Customs fees, duties and import taxes: 
Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional costs to meet your country's import regulations. Please check your country's policies for details. Unexpected delays can occur due to customs and import procedures. Ollie + Hank is not responsible for additional fees or delays due to customs and duty processes.

How are orders from Ollie + Hank shipped?  
Orders are packaged securely to avoid shipping damage and shipped from the U.S., Canada, U.K, or Australia, depending on the location of the recipient.

Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our designs, each item is specially made to order, returns or exchanges on personalized items cannot be accepted. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of an incorrect order, please get in touch and snap a photo if you can so that we can either expedite a replacement or issue a refund (on a case-by-case basis).
